The brief
LVNL's request was simple: make sure every speech is intelligible and the band sounds good, without the production getting in the way of the evening.
A farewell reception for the departing CEO of LVNL, at their own venue near Schiphol, with speeches, personal stories and a live band. Of the hundred or so guests, a large part were directors and executives of major Dutch companies.
What we delivered
A complete sound system for the room, with wireless microphones for the speakers. The live band played over the same system, so speeches and music could flow into each other without any switching over.
A long-standing collaboration
We have been working for LVNL for a while now. It started with their internal staff meetings, which we have provided ever since, four times a year. The other gatherings followed from there, from project sessions to parties. That is how this farewell ended up with us too.
Result
All attention stayed with the farewell itself: the speeches and the band. And the collaboration simply continues; the next quarterly meetings are already in the diary.
